Partner/Funeral Director

Raymond is a fourth generation funeral director with his brother, Richard. 

Raymond is a graduate of the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science. 

Ray is an active member of the Rotary Club of Warren, where he a Paul Harris Fellow. He is a member of the Trumbull-Mahoning-Columbiana Funeral Directors Association, the Ohio Funeral Directors Association, National Funeral Directors Association and the Ohio Embalmers Association. 

Ray is an active member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish (Sts. Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church) where he is an usher and ticket seller and former chairperson of the 300 club raffle.

Ray currently resides in Niles with his wife Patty.

Richard Sinchak

Richard Sinchak

Retired Funeral Director & Embalmer

Richard is a second generation owner with his brother Raymond.  He attended Kent State University and Youngstown State Univeristy and was a 1973 graduate of the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science.Rick is a member of the Ohio Funeral Directors Association, the former Columbiana County Funeral Directors Association, the National Funeral Directors Association and Ohio Embalmers Association.  He is also a member of Kiwanis Club of Warren, Ohio, the Knights of Columbus of Warren and the Faternal Order of Police Association of Warren.Rick is a long time member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church (Sts. Cyril & Methodius Church) in Warren.In his spare time, Rick enjoys collecting celebrity autographs and vintage coffee tins.  He enjoys fishing and was a former Big Game Hunter of the Western States.

Rick retired in September 2016.

Michael Psznick

Michael Psznick

Funeral Associate/Veteran Affairs Coordinator

Michael is a graduate of Niles McKinley High School class of 1965 and attended Youngstown State University. 

Michael retired as the Executive Director/Service Officer with the Trumbull County Veterans Service Commission with 32 years of service, 21 as Executive Director of the Commission.  

A Veteran of the United States Army, Michael served his country in combat during the Vietnam War from March 1967 to April 1968 with the rank of Staff Sergeant. His military awards include two Purple Hearts, Combat Infantry Badge, Presidential Unit Citation, Vietnam Service Medal and the Good Conduct Medal. 

Michael serves the families here at the Sinchak & Sons Funeral Home as a Funeral Asscoiate and is the Funeral Home's Veteran's Affairs Coordinator. He helps to file for government markers for our veterans that we serve and helps with local and state benefits. He also presents the flag to the next of kin of a veteran at the place of commital. 

Michael is a member of Blessed Sacrament Parish in Warren and enjoys golfing, socializing and traveling. 

Michael is married to Patricia A. Psznick for the last 44 years and has three children Andrea Lynn Crish, Marcy Lynn Krasnasky and Michael Stephen Psznick and two grandchildren Madeline Anne Krasnasky and Rhys Evans Crish.

Joe is a proud native of Youngstown's west side. He graduated from Saint Christine Elementary School 2010 and is a member of the 2014 graduating class of Ursuline High School. Joe earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from John Carroll University in 2018 and his Associate's Degree from The Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science in 2019. He is the son of Nancy Gelonese-Kirchner and Joseph P. Carrier Sr. and the grandson of Funeral Director and Embalmer, Eugene Gelonese, who passed away in 1978. Joe belongs to Saint Christine Parish and can be seen playing in "The Steel Street Band" around Youngstown. He is proud to join the staff at Sinchak & Sons.
